Teaching And Learning
ARISTON is an Accredited School by the Department of Education.
Our Curriculum includes Greek as a second language program (according to CSF) as
well as a wide range of cultural and developmental programs and events.
Teaching resources consist of qualified and experienced teachers and the most advanced
teaching materials are provided to all our students.
The most progressive teaching methods are used, focussing on the specific learning
needs of each individual student. The Applied Behaviour Analysis Method (A.B.A.)
is most successful in facilitating deep learning, reinforcing best behaviour and
encouraging participation in class.
In our Co-curricular Program a plethora of cultural and social activities is offered
including:
- Greek traditional and contemporary dancing, music, songs, games and theatrical plays,
which are written and performed by the students themselves.
- Religious and national celebrations and events such as the Greek Easter, the Greek
National Day, the Carnival, School Sports, Concerts, Greek Disco, and many more
- Open classes that encourage interactive learning between the students and their
families through Teaching across Ages and Peer Learning Special Programs.
